Text alternatives for all non-text content. Captions on every video lesson. 4.5:1 minimum contrast for body copy.

Operable

Full keyboard navigation, visible focus rings, 44×44px tap targets, no keyboard traps, motion-safe animations.

Understandable

Plain-language copy, consistent navigation across portals, clear error messages with recovery steps.

Robust

Semantic HTML, ARIA only when necessary, tested with NVDA, VoiceOver, and JAWS screen readers.
